Exactly! The conversation should be about health and fitness not about the stigma appearance-wise. In past two years I had put on quite some weight probably due to the lockdown, who knows! I fealt I had trouble breathing and my movements were stunted. So I started dieting (without starving myself to death), and incorporated a few healthy habits. In past four months I managed to lose 15Kg and I feel a whole lot better. Yes, I would say I look better slim, but that was never the primary focus, for me at least.
